Two decanters
« on: December 04, 2008, 06:25:57 PM »
Hi

The first decanter is 10 1/2 inches high - pressed with seams down both sides.  It looks art nouveau in shape, but is it a retro repro (as I suspect)

The second is 10 inches - looks like Dartington, can anyone confirm or deny?

TIA

The bottom one isn't pre-1987 Frank Thrower Dartington or Wedgwood. What's the top rim finish like please?

Here's a close up of the rim.  I wasnt sure at all - just the coolour and type of design made me think it may be.  Was looking through my book and didnt see it, so thought I'd check!

Looks more Continental Europe to me with that ground finish
