Scandinavian blue dish? - ID = Sowerby

Can anyone help id this blue dish, it has nice lines -top dia 17.5cmx13.5 apx Ht4cm apx .:-)

I think you were right with Sowerby Anne - at least that's who I've always thought these bowls were by.
