Is this Caithness

Is this Caithness - its 15" high and weighs 2.7k - huge and so much work gone into the acid etching and detailed hand engraving - it's ram on a cliff but there is so much more when you get a really close look - it's signed C Byrne? anyone out there help with an attribution and date
