I can tell you what it's not - it's definitely not a Gullaskruf/Arthur Percy bottle vase. That rough broken pontil mark would make me think mass-production, not the sort of finish one expects from any of the quality glassmakers.

That square(ish) body shape made me think of Elme but I've just gone and checked my pieces of Elme and they all have beautifully finished, dimpled bases.

Hiya, I just came across this old thread whilst doing some searching.  I've sold a couple of vases in this shape in the past, that had thick white stripes which made me think they were by Alrose (Italian).  I can't remember what the pontil was like though sorry...
