Latticino Dishes
« on: September 11, 2005, 08:40:55 PM »
Hi

These vase are like flattened out fazzoletto pieces - of course they are not, as they are not handkerchief shaped, one is square and has 2" high sides, the other is heart shaped with raised sides - the delicate nature of the glass, the ribbons and lovely latticino are same nature as fazzoletto, just different shapes

None of mine are marked but have a either a delicate concave pontil or a small disc of glass to centre base - I think date is 50s 60s

Any info on makers or what these are called
