Antique French, yes, but Clichy?

I feel that this fruit weight is more likely to be Pantin or St Louis than Clichy. Did Clichy make fruit weights?

I agree and would probably vote Pantin. But the seller only states that it was originally sold as Clichy - probably a true fact.
