the owner says only: millefiori, double overly... and so on and that is o.k.
But what is it.

Briefbeschwerer mit Überfang / Overlay - Paperweight mit 6 Facetten und Millefiori - Einschluss.
Der Briefbeschwerer ist doppelt überfangen - Bernsteinfarben , darunter Weiss, Millefiori-Einschluss.
Sehr feines Exemplar , erstklassiger Zustand. Masse : Höhe 7cm , Breite 7cm.

The seller has updated his listing to say Manufacturer: Ferro & Lazzarini - Murano / Italy

I have a similar paperweight without the overlay.

Definitely Murano.
