Hello My friends, I thinking this one might be easy for our friends in England.
Davidson Glass , I heard it called a canoe, or boat , or posy or pen holder.
And this color? is any of this right about this art piece.

9 1/2" long , right in middle of boat is 2 1/2" and at the ends 3 3/8"
And two photos. if not good enough please let me know, Thanks so much.

Looks right for Davidson , most carry the RD NO 212684 inside, more common in yellow and blue pearline , patent rose and clear glass, cannot remember seeing one in green before

Hi, Thanks for the feedback on the posy. Ive looked inside and out for the Rd and also for the lion inside the crown ,but do not see anything? Did Davidson make this item after the early dates? Was this item faked? repo? copyed? or did Davidson miss some being marked? Any thoughts? Thanks agin

Tim — Somewhat bewildering.   It's a well known pattern, made in significant quantity by Davidson, and fairly readily available on the open market at quite reasonable prices.   So there's no money to be made by faking or repro'ing it.

I can add amber to Roy's list of original colours, and purple/white malachite would not surprise me, although I can't recall seeing one.   But this green was never used by Davidson then for such products, and how do you explain the missing Rd No?

Perhaps it's a student piece, produced as a mouldmaking exercise, copying an original.

Looks like it could be the L. G. Wright repro. (I think I may have mentioned this before on the GMB).

Grateful thanks, Glen, I had not picked up on this.

There's an amethyst example here

Good Morning all, Thank you. This is why you all are so great at helping, I just knew the posy , not being marked had to be fore some reason. And I also wasn't seeing this made by Davidson in the green. Thats for all your work in helping find it,
Tim
