Vasart Monart type green glass vase. ID? Nazeing?

Hi, can someone please help to ID this vase. It stands 6 1/8" / 155mm with a rim diameter 6 3/8" / 162mm and a base diameter 4 1/8" / 105mm. There are loads of inclusions and enclosed air bubbles and the base has a fair bit of wear and a rough pontil mark. Thank you
