I know how hard this book is to find but here it is and it  only costs about £125, excluding postage.
The website is in Danish but google translator or I can help with that.
with best wishes,

Seems you were lucky enough to buy the last one, Aine. It comes up as 'not in stock' when added to the shopping cart.

Well, it seems as though I did get the last copy. The friendly lady said to send them an email expressing interest and they would try to find a copy/copies.
The copy I bought appears to be brand new; I wonder if it is a digitalised version. If that is the case, then I would expect they could get hold of more..

I felt great that I managed to register with the Danish company and order with the use of an internet translator. Then I translated the reply, which told me that they don't ship to Canada. Heartbreak. I was going to try and get it shipped to Britain where I could pick it when I'm over, but I found a copy for roughly the same price in the States. I feel complete. Thanks for the info, Aine, which led me to to actually doing something about getting the book.

HiClap  Well done! (Glad to have been of help, even if it was in a very roundabout way.)

Aine:

Back to my original thank you. In my last post I had ordered the book from the USA. Three days after I ordered, the company emailed to tell me that they couldn't find the book. Out of luck again. The next day I received an email from Boggalleriet saying that they would mail the book to Canada. They were very helpful. The brand new copy of the book arrived today. Great price, great service, and many thanks to you, Aine, for posting the original information.

I'm delighted to hear you got your copy, David. Glad to have been of help  Smiley
Good reading, isn't it?
They also have the "sister" book, published at the same time. The only snag is that all the text is in German BUT the pictures are fantastic. And the price is low..
