Found this along with a bunch of seventies Czech SU and East German glass.
Anyone recognise it?

The dots remind me of a Jan Schmid pattern for Libochovice, but nothing else comes to mind.

It's 4" tall x 5" diameter at the rim (10 x 12.5 cm)
