Rockwell Sterling Trim Footed Glass Dish Info?

Hello, any info on this footed glass dish trimmed with Sterling Silver.  Label reads Rockwell Sterling Silver Non-Tarnish.  Flowers on inside of dish are also Sterling.  TIA  brenda

I forgot to add that this dish may be Viking or Cambridge.  Any thoughts?  brenda
