Hi, l think this is scandinavian but no clue as to which factory hope someone can help
its small only 11cm high , red cased in clear glass

Hi Kieran,

It's by Alsterfors.  Also in purple and green.  Probably other colours, too.
Gosh, one of the few Scandi vases I'm sure of  :)

I think the Alsterfors vases I've seen in this shape are solid colours not cased... and around 17 cm.

Can you tell us where you got that attribution from please Kieran?  PO Strom vases are *usually* signed and, as Chris said, their waisted vases are mostly opal cased. 

I suspect that this vase is by Aseda and designed by Bo Borgstrom - I'd be interested to see your source of info to ascertain if they're a reliable source.

Found it - on Pkay's photobucket account (he's a member of the GMB).  I'd tend to agree with him in that case - he deffo knows his onions.  So please ignore everything I said earlier :-)

there are 2 on ebay just now a private seller and one by 20th centuryglass
and l saw one on google photobucker.com
l was in the process of listing it on ebay myself better hold back till l get the id correct
