Amber Lobed Decanter - Art Deco? - from the West Midlands?

Hi,

Can anyone I.D. this decanter please?  It has four lobes and is approximately 9 inches tall.

I have a feeling I have seen one (or similar) pictured in a Glass Association publication before, but I could be wrong.


(P.S.  Thanks to those who answered my query about a glass elephant a while ago).

Stromberg  ,i have two , does yours have a guilt band on the neck some do and some and some dont i also have the glasses .
