Murano Bowl with extended arms?

Hi All was out looking for a shade for my murano light and stumbled over this. It is a form I have seen before but I dont know anything about it.

Does anyone know anything about this piece of glass?

The pontil is polished and its 380mm high and 240mm wide at widest part weighs about 2-3 kgs.
