Leslie Pina has a picture of a decanter similar to this one on page 117 of
Italian Glass Century 20
. She identifies it as Alrose. The decanter in her book has a tall flame-form stopper. I am not sure if Alrose is on Murano. It is an Italian company.

thanks theirs one on ebay but the stopper didnt look right to me its white,kaz

...there is also a link within that thread which will take you to another decanter the same as yours....but with a white stopper.
