Hey Folks!

I'm seeing more and more of these items pop up lately. Just wondering why I've never seen this company referred to in any art glass books..

Supposedly they were based in Cologne, Germany and went out of business in the 60's..

I've seen Battuto, Inciso and Pulegoso style vases signed "Ichendorf" on the base...

The items I've seen look like they were well done...

Anyone haveanymore info on this "mystery" company?

If it is Ichendorfer Glashütte then it was established 1n 1907 in Ichendorf Prussia. Wide range of products by 1925 when they had 350 workers. (Glass Study) must be more in Ivo's book or in Hartmann's - not to hand at present.
