I have been trying to find out more about this book - like how many pages, what size, hardback or paperback, etc. Can anybody tell me? There isn't much information on Selman's site, and I can't find this book offered anywhere else.

Whoops - sorry! I went back later and found more information - the First edition is limited to 500 copies, it has 196 full color pages, and softcover.
