Polish Blue Cased Bowl - Any idea of factory?

Greetings- After much searching trying to ID this cased blue and white bowl on my own, I've just found one online with a "Handmade in Poland" label. I did not consider it was Polish but fixated on Scandinavian.

I have no idea the glassworks? Any ideas? 

Size 8.25" diameter x 4.25" high
Weighs 4 lbs 7 oz
Open base with polished level foot rim.
Azure Blue with cased white interior.
