WV Glass, but who?

Here's an interesting decanter I found today; about 18-1/2 inches tall, amberina [tangerine?]. Rough pontil... I've seen a lot of decanters but I have never before come across this shape. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank you! Kimberly.
