The photo plate provided is from the book " COLORED GLASS " by Dereck C. Davis & Kieth Middlemas. Although they do not comment on the photos specifically, these are pictured in the section on Bristol & Stourbridge. Some of the text that may apply to your piece is as follows:
" Other table glass in blue was made at Bristol such as finger bowls, wine glass coolers, cream jugs, sugar bowls and salt cellars. Sometimes the smaller productions were decorated with wrythen moulding".
" A large quantity of small table pieces of rather coarse glass was made at the Stourbridge and also Birmingham factories".
The book was published in 1968. Some information may be dated. It does mention wrythen moulding in the context of Stourbrige as well.
