help with glass indentification

hi all,
i have this nice cased glass vase clear outer with red colour inner with multi colour inclusions, the vase measures 4 1/4 inches wide x 6 inches high weight 1.1 kg, the base is polished flat with signature, any help to maker or company would be much appreciated,
