I was about to sell this rocket vase, which I believed to be Czech, when I saw an identical one listed on Ebay as Bagley. I am very anxious not to mislead anyone through my ignorance. What do you think?

Most definitely not Bagley. Probably Czech

Marcus Newhall's Sklo Union database gives - Rosice 1948/ 17, 22 cm

This may be Rosice but that isn't the right pattern number. The design is different.
