Bagley Duchess pattern 3103, two-piece rose bowl, dating from c.1939 (Bagley Glass, Bowey & Parsons) - except yours is missing the top piece.  http://yobunny.org.uk/gallery1/displayimage.php?pos=-650 and http://yobunny.org.uk/gallery1/displayimage.php?pos=-651

Hi Steve, email me your address - I've just found a spare uranium green top lurking in my cupboard which you can have with pleasure. :)

Does it glow bright green under a UV light?

In that case it may NOT be uranium. Early Bagley green is but later isn't, and they made some of their designs for 20 years or more. I can't tell from that photo. Can you take me one in daylight. The only way to confirm much green uranium is with a UV light. Even your Sowerby vase may not be uranium.
