green cased vase with bubble

hi,i have this green vase which is cased all the way to the top,the glass is really thick too about a cm thick.
it measures 5.5" high.
any info would be great,thanks

Is the bubble in the base open at the bottom or is it totally enclosed? Can we see a pic of the base too please?
