Hi, not sure if its vasart monart or strathearn
2 1/2 inches wide  2 inches high l think the design is cartwheel
gring marks on base

Hi, ive just found a weight on ebay that didnt sell with the same design and some of the canes
the seller had it listed as perthshire
any thoughts
