Bought a set of four of these from an oxfam yesterday for £1 as i thought they were a nice design very heavily cut with a bird design very deep indeed the glasses are very weighty too not everyones cup of tea but for £1 musnt grumble does anybody know the origin of them?thanks in advance.

I suppose that this is German piece made by Hofbauer.

Thanks again anne great as a reference site that one..quite heavy on the prices though. I see this design around a fair bit but never bothered as never knew what it was but just couldnt leave them for a pound i think i may buy it in the future..thanks dan.
