Hi,
can anyone help with an ID on this bird. Looks like Murano, but not sure, it's a lovely Firebird.
Thanks
Vickie

This is a JI (Jordan Import, NY USA) Co. product that was made in Murano. JI Co had a furnace in Murano that made glass for them to import. They also contracted with other companies for some of their wares. This is one of the most common JI Co products.

Thankyou very much for the information -TxSilver and Anne. That's great, what sort of price do they change hands for?

There's one slight flaw with this. Vickie is in the UK, did Jordan import to the UK as well as the US? If not all we can say is that it is Murano. It may not n be from the Jordan furnace but from another furnace that had a contract with Jordan and presumably other wholesalers
