Nice vase, are those stripes on the side Neodymium (Alexandrite) glass?

yes Norman, it is ZBS, often attributed to Klinger, but I have not firm proof that it is his design for the meantime.

What colour are the stripes under a fluorescent light? Do they turn blue?

I have one of these (sans neodymium accents) with a Klinger sig - I just cannot find the picture.
