from far, at home, I'd say mine is about 22 cms tall and by no means a floor vase

Why in heaven did I start my pages without giving the measurements of each item ?  :hb2:

difficult to do that now, after more than 9000 htmls..  :nogoss:

The ones that don't glow vividly don't contain uranium, it will be maganese

I will borrow a UV light from my nephew and take a photo of this one, never tried to photograph anything like that before.

This little Stumpf, Touvier and Violette salt glows brightly under UV, but I think it's the cloudy bits that do it. Sorry, Can't check as my UV thingy died.

Bernsdorf a possibility and in about ten sizes, available in hexagonal and square section too if I am reading that right.

If it is Bernsdorf the opalescence suggests it is an earlier piece, late Victorian, apparently they started in 1872 so it's possible. From what I've seen of their 1930's glass it's usually just clear or frosted.

Would have assumed earlier too, interesting to see the shape though. Have to assume other makers are possible, not the most distinctive design.
