Alfredo has confirmed that this is a Loetz piece, as he has the same form in a Periwinkle blue with Sutterlin enameling. The Sutterlin enamaling on the piece would date his piece to the late 19th century. In that case, I agree with Mike, in that this piece is most likely a piece produced in the first period that Papillon was done 1898-99. I doubt that the shape was reintroduced or carried through into the 20's.
