Sort of scrambled weight-id help please

This is an odd one for me. It does have some damage but cost pennies so I bought it for research. I have a pic of the weight and the bottom. The dome of the weight is slightly off centre when looked at from the side so it looks a bit drunk!

Looks like Murano but I can't tell the maker because the canes are very stretched.
I collect Scottish and Italian paperweights and anything else that strikes my fancy.
