ID on this amethyst vase if poss please.

This is 8.5" or 21.5cms tall. reminds me a bit of a Whitefriars mobile phone but not so heavy. The glass is not thick and not thin. Just very nicely made. Scandi crossed my mind but not sure.

hi there
looks similar to Riihimaki to me, they definatly used this colour, and its there sort of style. somebody more knowledgable will probably say for sure though

Well I collect Riihimaki but not seen anything like this. I thought of Scandi because Baxter was there and got inspiration for his Whitefriars.

hi,there is one in 20th century glass book on page 20 in blue says its american with a fake whitefriars sticker on it,kaz

Correction, it is not said to be a "fake" Whitefriars sticker, it says it is a "fraudulently applied" Whitefriars sticker.  A big difference ,  and somewhat scaremongering to suggest there are fake stickers!  Emmi
