Textured glass plate

Any identification of this textured plate would be gratefully accepted. Closest I can find is Pukeburg water textured. This plate is not flat, it is more like a shallow bowl. It has a textured back, smooth surface on front. It has a yellow/gold tint in normal light.
Weight = 1kg 076g
