Topic: Scandinavian? bottle with copper band

I've picked this up a few times at an antiques center over the last couple of months and decided to just buy it & find a little more about it.
the metal band around the bottle is, I believe, copper.

Any ideas who could've made it?

I would think Dansk design could have made something like this - but I would not be surprised if it were Norwegian either. Timewise, think seventies.
