I'm really curious to know who made them
I think they speak French  ;D in terms of looks, but the iridescence doesn't fit does it? or does it?

They are beautiful pieces - incredibly elegant and perfectly balanced execution and design.  Very classy.

I've asked the owner of the vase that sold if we can use his pictures so we have another shape on the board.
In the meantime I found this one advertised as Loetz Creta Chine which I don't think it is  :-\ however, the decor on the vase seems remarkably similar to the iridescent panels on the OP's vase.

yeah I don't know what they think they're seeing in the loetz book that would co-respond to that piece? I think that is rindskopf or something along those lines. def not loetz. I think a few companies made wavy snakeskin type glass like that.

photo with kind permission of the owner Anticurio - possibly same range/maker as OP's original vase, but different shape.
