I think it's Czech; they are common here but don't strike me as being made here. We weren't very hot on making Art Deco glass designs, although plenty were imported from Czechoslovakia and elsewhere

It seems to be one of those frustrating instances where very similar pieces were made by different companies. That second bowl is quite different, most obviously in the handles, but also the details of the pattern.
