Small glass jug - Stuart?
« on: August 23, 2009, 02:58:09 PM »
Found this small jug today, thought it might be Dartington or Whitefriars but it does not appear to have been made by either company. Nice quality, wide shallow polished pontil and stands about 4 inches or 10cm high.

Does anyone recognise the design?

Thanks, John.

Saw this one at a bootsale today, same design though this one was cut and had a Stuart etched mark on the bottom.  8) Also had a small lid (damaged and re polished).

So, is there a moderator around to change the title of the thread and stick it in British glass? Thanks.

John
