Murano?? Bird unusual.

This Bird I've had for years. The jewels you see in its belly are glass imbedded there, it's really neat. Do you think I would be safe calling it Murano? I have never seen one like this, any idea of artist? I have not posted here, hope I am doing nothing wrong.
