Amberina vase,old or not so old?

I believe this is what is known as reverse amberina,red on top instead of other way round,the rim glows a reddish colour under uv,i.d please,Keith.

Czech, designed by Jan Gabrhel and made at A Chulm u Trebone glassworks, 1960's - known as garnet glass.
