Hi thepazza

I've removed your new, identical posting, of this vase.  Please only use one thread for items or it can get very confusing for us!  This vase has had 184 views and you have had Nigel and Lustroustone look at it in detail, both of whom are very knowledgable about glass.  I've changed the title of your thread, so you may get some more views now too.  It can take time to get a positive ID but having your photos on here gives you the best chance.  :)
