I was going to do one of Keith's quiz type posts, but doubt there's many who would have guessed the maker - I know I wouldn't have done until I saw the partial backstamp.
So, it's Harbridge Crystal Company, and despite their inception being c. 1924, the lack of wear and the rather staid cutting style, suggests it's more likely to have been made post WW II - so would imagine somewhere between 1945 and their closure mid 1950s, with a feeling it's toward the end of that period. The cut design lacks any pretence at what we might think of as deco or avant-garde style, but you get a lot of sand for your money - it rings noisily when flicked and should look good filled with tangerines for the few weeks I might keep it.
