I bought a couple of Cowdy pieces over twenty years ago, but I cannot remember where.  About five to eight years ago, before I got seriously obsessed with glass (yes it does that to all of us) I discovered their gallery in Newent (in the Forest of Dean).  I asked about the glass studio, and was told that it had ceased operating some time previously.

What little I have seen of the studio's work is very attractive.  I'll have to start keeping my eyes open for paperweights.
