Bayel (?) vase

This is another vase.  It seems to say Bayel on the base but there is not much on google about this company other than it is in the Ardennes area of France and makes champagne glasses!  The vase has a lot of wear on the base, a wavey pattern around it and three rings around the lower quarter of the side.

Any help further than Bayel?  What about age?
