Hi, just wondering if anyone could shed light on the factory
thought the base might help id factory

Glass with this form of label is difficult to attribute beyond saying that it is Murano. There were a large number of small Murano glass companies in the mid-20h Century, so many things may have been made by companies that most people are not familiar with. This style of dog was made by many companies. Without seeing one just like this one with a company label, it is difficult to say which company made it.
