Pots in two sizes plus ring tree for reference. Also have tray and sticks but sadly no identifying marks on any of them.

Butterly Candlestick, but not Bagley 2552, nor 3033, so who?

I have searched Anne's site, Pamela's site and the net and can only find one example, which was unattributed.
I have a pair of candlesticks and a lidded bowl.
Can anyone help?
TIA
Della
