ID Small Bowl

hi all.
needing some help with id'ing the maker of this small bowl please.  aprox. 4.5"x2.5" but quite heavy for its size.  the yellow coloration is only on the top near the mouth.  lots of base wear.

The bowl looks like it may be uranium glass. Have you tried looking at it under blacklight? If it is uranium glass, there is a possibility that it is a Salviati piece. It reminds me of a couple of whimsical spotted uranium glass pieces they made c.1960. Salviati is only a guess. Someone else may have a better idea.
