I'd say that this vase actually looks better than a Whitefriars knobbly vase. It even has the same feel to it.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't buy this thinking it was Whitefriars (still don't). I bought it because I fell in love with it. It was so dirty and lonely I had to clean it, make it feel better and, oh, never mind.

As you can see from the base, it has an unusual scratch on the side. almost as if somebody slipped while polishing it. Or perhaps it was done after? I think somebody might have stroked it too much (not guilty).
I dare say it could just be a load of tat. Look at all them little bubbles in it, isn't that a sign of lesser quality?
I Hope the pictures work. :roll:
Any information on this vase would be much appreciated. Thank you.

If the colour were lighter and the finish were better I'd say Empoli, but the finish is cheap&cheerful and the colour is very Spanish. Anyone second Spain for this one?
