is this a mdina paperweight? id thanks

hi all.
we brougt this little paperweight a while back at a carboot sale.
its 1 1/2 iches high & 2 1/2 inches in diameter. & weights 227 grams.
i thought it was murano when i first seen it but have seen one like this and its says its mdina?
the right id would be great thanks  :)

Mdina: No!
Murano: No!
It looks like a modern Czech/Bohemia or "Thüringen/Bayrischer Wald" Paperweight ( second half of 20c).

I have yet to see a Mdina PW in those colours, and although I have a couple of unsigned Mdina weights, none has such a crudely finished base.
