Strange form for a glass swan/duck - ID probably Avondale

Wondering would anyone one be able to hazzard a guess as to the country of manufacture or better still a company/ This piece measures 4" tall and has various colours inside the outer clear shell including green/yellow/black/white/red/clear etc...ive not been able to track down a piece ith the same form after looking at lots on ebay. :'(
